Sildenafil is more likely to cause problems with vision, while Vardenafil is less likely to do so. What do I need to tell my doctor before taking this medicine? Check with your doctor before you stop taking any of your medicines or start taking any new ones. What should I watch out for while taking this medicine? If you take this drug and notice any changes in your vision, tell your doctor or health care provider as soon as possible. If you lose sight in one or both eyes, stop taking vardenafil right away. Get in touch with your healthcare provider right away. If the erection hurts or lasts longer than 4 hours, you should call your doctor right away. This could be a sign of priapism, which needs to be treated right away to prevent damage that won't heal. If you start having sexual activity after taking vardenafil and feel nausea, dizziness, chest pain, or arm pain, you should stop and talk to your doctor or prescriber as soon as possible. Don't change how much medicine you take. Please call your doctor or the person who gave you the medicine to find out if your dose needs to be changed.
